Check the power supply

Several ACs together draw a lot of power. Confirm the available load with your electrician, and ask about generator backup for evening functions.

Plan installation and timing

Book early in the wedding season, between November and February. Fix delivery a day before the function so installation and testing are done.

Return and collection

Agree the collection time up front, keep the units clear of decoration and do not move installed ACs yourself.
